Michele Gill, MS.Ed.
As PLS 3rd Learning’s Vice President for Professional Learning, Michele Gill draws on her thirteen years’ experience in the online education field, and over twenty years’ experience in education, to provide strategic direction and leadership to the Online and Face-to-Face Course Development and Instructional Teams. Instrumental in the creation of the Online Teaching: Preparation for All series, she worked closely with Bridges Virtual Education Services to design and create this breakthrough online Professional Development series to aid face-to-face teachers in the transition to online learning. In her administrative capacity, she forges partnerships with districts and organizations to promote effective Professional Development for face-to-face and online teachers worldwide.
In addition to her work with PLS 3rd Learning, Ms. Gill has served as an online lecturer and instructor for several colleges and universities, including McDaniel College, Indiana Wesleyan University, the Chieftain Institute, and more. A former middle and high school English teacher, Ms. Gill also served as Curriculum and Staff Development Director for Montrose Christian School in Rockville, Maryland.
